GoldenFlop ("we", "our", "us") operates the GoldenFlop mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

By using GoldenFlop, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet Information: We collect your Solana wallet public address when you connect your wallet to authenticate. We never have access to your private keys — all wallet operations use the Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) protocol.

Profile Information: Username and avatar preferences you set within the app. These are stored locally on your device and on our servers for multiplayer functionality.

Gameplay Data: Poker hand history, game actions (fold, check, call, raise), table participation, and game statistics for providing the multiplayer experience.

Transaction Data: Records of SOL and SEEKER token deposits and withdrawals, including on-chain transaction signatures, for balance tracking and verification.

Technical Data: Device platform (iOS/Android), network latency measurements, and connection status for maintaining real-time gameplay quality.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys or seed phrases
• Personal identification (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, camera, or microphone data

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the multiplayer poker experience
• To authenticate your identity via wallet signature verification
• To process and verify on-chain deposits and withdrawals
• To track game balances and hand history
• To maintain real-time connectivity and gameplay quality

5. Data Storage and Security

Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage (expo-secure-store). Your player ID and preferences are stored locally using AsyncStorage.

Server-side data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS). We implement reasonable security measures to protect your gameplay and transaction data.

6. Non-Custodial Design

GoldenFlop is designed as a non-custodial application. We never hold, store, or have access to your private keys. All blockchain transactions are signed directly by your wallet through the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter protocol. You maintain full control of your funds at all times.

7. Third-Party Services

We interact with the following third-party services:

• Solana Blockchain: For processing on-chain transactions (deposits, withdrawals)
• Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter: For secure wallet authentication and transaction signing

8. Data Retention

Gameplay data and transaction records are retained for the duration of your use of the app. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Local data can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

9. Children's Privacy

GoldenFlop is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

10. Account Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all server-side gameplay data, transaction history, and profile information will be permanently removed.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
