GoldenFlop - License Agreement

Effective Date: March 17, 2026

1. License Grant

GoldenFlop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the GoldenFlop mobile application ("App") for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights, remain with GoldenFlop. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GoldenFlop does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
